  1. Pretty convincing to me that Tesco are not wanted or needed in Tenbury .Do the right thing Tesco ,go away and NEVER come back.

  2. After reading the tenbury advertiser 10th march what makes you think that Mr Chase is going to be told by tenbury folk what he should do with the land that he owns.He will want to do something with it that is going to get him a good return on top of what he payed for the site so it doesnt matter what tenbury folk say as far as i can see the site will remain closed for the near future and just fall further into a disrespectful eye sore than it already is.

  3. I don't think Mr Chase actually owns the site anymore does he? Chase Tenbury LLP was recently reformed - possibly for a sale of the land.

Supermarkets tend to use questionnaires to try and put across that the community want their services but unfortunately these don't tend to be verified by any 3rd party and [in Tesco's case in Sandiacre East Mids claim that they ascertained this support 'from comments' on the forms]. Such a campaign like 'Futures' to garner local feedback is actually much more transparent with weekly updates online and on posters in local shops and a copy of ALL forms being passed to local Councils for reference in future discussions. Nothing to hide, just presenting what the local community feel on key local issues.
